Below are step-by-step instructions to help you install our application on either iOS or Android devices. You have already been added to the list of testers for each respective platform. Please note that there may be slight variations in the instructions depending on your device's setup and software version. Your contribution and feedback are highly valued as we work to improve our app. Please follow the instructions below to begin testing and provide us with your valuable insights.

iOS testers
- Receive the TestFlight Invitation Email: As a selected beta tester for Citec's "abigo" app, you will receive an email with the subject "Beta Testing Invitation for abigo." This email will contain essential instructions and a link to access TestFlight.
- Download TestFlight from the App Store: If you don't already have TestFlight installed on your iOS device, you need to download it from the App Store. TestFlight is the platform used for beta testing iOS apps and is available for free.
- Open the TestFlight Invitation Link: Once TestFlight is installed on your device, click on the TestFlight invitation link provided in the email you received. This link will open TestFlight and take you to the "abigo" beta testing page.
- Accept the Invitation: On the "abigo" beta testing page in TestFlight, tap the "Accept" button to join the beta testing program.
- Install the Beta App: After accepting the invitation, you will see an "Install" button on the "abigo" beta testing page. Tap on "Install" to begin the installation of the beta version of the "abigo" app on your device.
- Wait for Installation: The app installation process may take a few moments, depending on your internet connection speed. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and be patient while TestFlight downloads and installs the beta app.
- Trust the Developer: Once the beta app is installed, you may see an "Untrusted Enterprise Developer" warning when trying to open it for the first time. To fix this, go to your device's Settings > General > Device Management (or Profiles & Device Management). Find the developer's name (Citec) and tap "Trust" to authorize the app.
- Open the Beta App: After trusting the developer, you can now open the beta version of "abigo" by tapping on its icon on your device's home screen. You can explore and test the app just like any other app.
- Provide Feedback: As a beta tester, your feedback is valuable to Citec. If you encounter any issues, bugs, or have suggestions, use TestFlight's built-in feedback feature to report them directly to the developers. To do this, go to the "abigo" app page in TestFlight, and tap "Send Feedback."
Android testers
- Receive the Beta Testing Invitation Email: As a selected beta tester for the "abigo" app, you will receive an email invitation from the app's developer (Citec) with instructions on how to join the beta testing program. This email will contain a link to access the beta version of the app on the Google Play Store.
- Open the Beta Testing Invitation Link: Click on the beta testing invitation link provided in the email you received. This will open the "abigo" app's testing page on the Google Play Store.
- Opt-in as a Tester: On the "abigo" testing page in the Google Play Store, you will see a section that says "Become a Tester." Tap the "Become a Tester" button to opt-in for beta testing.
- Install the Beta App: After opting in as a tester, you will now have access to the beta version of the "abigo" app on the Google Play Store. Scroll down on the app's testing page until you find the "Download" button. Tap on "Download" to install the beta version of the app on your device.
- Wait for Installation: The app installation process may take a few moments, depending on your internet connection speed. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and be patient while the Google Play Store downloads and installs the beta app.
- Open the Beta App: Once the installation is complete, you can open the beta version of "abigo" by tapping on its icon on your device's home screen or by finding it in the app drawer. You can now explore and test the app just like any other app.
- Provide Feedback: As a beta tester, your feedback is valuable to Citec. If you encounter any issues, bugs, or have suggestions, you can easily provide feedback directly to the developers by tapping on the "Feedback" link within the app. This will open your email program with a pre-filled message, allowing you to share your thoughts and insights effortlessly.
