This information notice applies to users of the driver app abiGO and the related services (hereinafter "the App" or "abiGO").
This notice describes how the personal data are collected and processed. This notice applies to all users of the App, unless covered by a separate privacy policy.

For example, we may collect the personal data of those who start but do not complete the application for the transportation request; or other personal data in connection with our mapping technology and features.
All those subject to this privacy policy are referred to as "users" or "data subject" in this notice.
Citec Ingénieurs Conseils SA, company's registered office in 47 Route des Accacias - 1227 Geneva (hereinafter "Citec" or "the Company" or "We"), is the Data Controller for the personal data collected in connection with use of the App in the European Economic Area and everywhere else.

We collect, process and use your data lawfully, based on conditions of lawfulness of processing provided by data protection regulation and in compliance with all our legal obligations.
The legal basis for data processing are:
(a) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
(b) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party.
The purpose is to provide the service requested by users, who use the App to request a transportation service or who use the App to provide such transportation service. Hence the purpose of the data processing is allowing our transport and delivery partners to have full planning control and visibility, including the ability to see and assign requests, group clients, define service levels and have a global overview of the transport operation via reports and dashboards in real time.
We process personal data to enable transfers from one location to another during events and other related services, such as to enable communications between users and drivers. We process the personal data that we collect and that you provide to us to perform and monitor the performance of the requested transportation service.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational mesaures leaned on the highest levels of security ensuring at least a level of security appropriate to tackle any risks identified.
Servers are located within the European Union.
We do not intend to use any personal data collected from you for any processes involving automated decision making (including profiling). If we wish to implement these procedures, we will inform you of this separately in accordance with statutory provisions.
Some of our services and features require us to share personal information with other users or at your request. Your personal data will be processed by the personnel in charge of the Controller who have been assigned a specific role of person in charge of processing or by any Data Processors duly appointed or Subprocessor duly appointed and authorized by the Data Controller, who have been given adequate instructions and are committed to confidentiality. We may also share such data with our partners for contractual, legal reasons or in connection with claims or disputes. Data may be transmitted to the Public/ Judicial Authorities if requested by law.
abiGO is part of the FIFA Event Platform and foresees a central Transport Management Module allowing our transport and delivery partners to have full planning control and visibility and have a global overview of the transport operation via reports and dashboards in real time. abiGO is a part of a global Software as a Service (SaaS) Event Platform which implements individual modules for carrying out different aspects of operations during an event. abiGO aims at managing transport ground operations during events, and especially worldwide sporting events. The system will communicate with other systems, including the fleet, driver, and staff management module via an application programming interface (API) and or other interfaces.
abiGO communicates and interacts with the TMM app to allow interaction between drivers and passengers and thus to implement the transportation booking service in real time.
abiGO processes information in Switzerland, in the European Economic Area (EEA) and in other locations: we may transfer such data to countries other than the country in which our users live or use abiGO, to fulfill our agreements with users, such as our Terms and Conditions. In any case, any transfer of personal data to a third country will only take place by providing adequate safeguards in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (e.g., under the adequacy decisions of the relevant countries, or other transfer mechanisms that may be available under applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses). Our servers are located in the European Union.
We retain user data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. This means that we retain different categories of data for different periods of time depending on the type of data, the category of users to whom the data relates, and the purposes for which we collected the data. Users may request deletion of their accounts at any time. We may retain personal data to the extent and for the period required by applicable laws.
Data subjects have the right to obtain access to their personal data, to request a copy of their personal data (data portability), as well as rectification (changing or updating data) or erasure of such data or the restriction of the processing concerning them, the right to object to the processing and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the UE Regulation 679/2016).
