abiGO assists drivers who are taking part in large event operations

It is a communication channel between central dispatchers and drivers to manage shifts, transport bookings and navigation.

Managing shifts.

View current and future shifts from abiGO's dashboard.

  • Shifts are sent to a driver as a request, or based on a set schedule.

  • Drivers can check-in to their shift once they arrive at the depot.

  • Once the driver has been checked in to their shift, they can press start shift to begin receiving jobs.

Doing jobs.

abiGO guides drivers to complete all job types throughout the day.

  • Jobs are assigned to drivers and will appear on the dashboard, in order of priority.

  • To complete a job, whatever it is, drivers just need to follow the prompts.

Job types.

There are several different types of jobs that a driver may encounter.

  • Transport Booking

    Clicking start will route drivers from their current location to the pick-up location, and then onto the drop-off location.

  • Exclusive Use

    Similar to to a regular Transport Booking, but with a delay to the drop-off location time.

  • Shuttle Transfer

    A route plotted with multiple pick-up locations.

  • Custom Job

    For all other jobs, whether it's cleaning a vehicle or delivering a chocolate bar to the President, drivers are sent detailed instructions to follow.

  • Break

    Breaks are assigned throughout the shift to reduce fatigue and give drivers some fresh air.
